I love this perspective from Jerry Colonna – so few of us take the time to consciously and intentionally choose who we are being in the world.

When we grant ourselves space and time to reflect on how we are showing up, we create the possibility of leading others, not by authority, but by modeling the way of being we intend. That is a form of leadership that changes the world one person at a time.
