I put together an hour-long workshop on the coaching mindset for some friends over the weekend, sharing some of my own experience and learnings, as well as ideas from Nancy Kline’s book Time to Think, Michael Bungay Stanier’s book The Coaching Habit, etc. Then I had people practice coaching each other in breakout rooms to learn how they could apply these ideas. How do you motivate yourself?”
