I’ll be speaking at a LeadDev Meetup event next Thursday evening, May 8th, at New Relic on Spear Street on the topic of growing your executive influence.
You will accelerate your career dramatically once you understand what executives care about and communicate in their language. This talk is designed to give you a brief overview of how to build that influence, which will lead to more scope and more autonomy.
The Meetup will also have proper engineering talks from Kapil Reddy on using AI with SLOs to improve error budgets, and Spencer Taylor from New Relic on how their tools can save you money.
