— let go of your individual contributions and focus more on leading the team to results. We, not I.
— it’s no longer about your mastery of your function (technology, product, sales, finance, marketing). that’s table stakes at that level. it’s about working cross-functionally for company success.
— it’s about your presence and communication. how you show up as a leader inspires and aligns others to do great work.
