If you care about equity, diversion and inclusion, I encourage you to check out The Institute for Equity-Centered Coaching and their association, The Exchange.
The Exchange is a professional association for coaches and leaders committed to justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion and offers almost weekly opportunities for members to gather to get support on a range of topics related to improving our coaching and leadership skills so that we can create more emotional and psychological safety in our relationships, teams, and communities.
I’ve been a member for the past several months, and appreciate the thoughtful sessions that challenge the way things are; we can’t keep doing things the same old way if we want different results, as Trudi Lebron outlines in her book, The Antiracist Business Book.
As a way to introduce people to this important work, the Institute has decided to make all Exchange programming FREE for the month of February, including:
— Two sessions of the monthly Exchange Workshop: Personal Development in a Social Context.
— A full week of programming and activities during Spirit Week
— Affinity Group Sessions (Unpacking Whiteness & BIPoC Peace Lounge)
— Coaching Clinic with Trudi Lebron where we’ll sharpen your coaching skills

P.S. I am not an affiliate for this program and get nothing if you sign up, but believe strongly in the work the Institute is doing and would love for you to join me in learning how each of us can work towards a more equitable world.
