I am honored that my course on the executive mindset was selected as one of the top leadership courses in the “Maven 100” this week.

This course emerged from my own experience navigating the challenges of scaling my impact beyond what I could do myself by working hard. I got fired from one job and burned myself out at the next because I was too stubborn to let go of that individual mindset.

My career took off once I changed how I approached work to embrace the power of collaboration and influence without authority. I led business strategy and operations for a $100+B business for over six years as the Google Search Ads Chief of Staff before pivoting into executive coaching to help others similarly scale their impact.

After coaching dozens of clients to break through their own mindset barriers to achieve greater success, I distilled the essential principles of this transition into my Maven course last year so that more people could be similarly unleashed. After running successful cohorts in the fall and winter, I continue to refine the course to help people let go of the individual mindset and embrace a scaled leadership approach.

My next cohort launches on September 4th. This course is for you if you have been feeling stuck in your career and wondering why you’re working ever harder without the career advancement you expect.

To celebrate being selected by Maven, I’m offering 20% off if you sign up this week before Sunday: https://lnkd.in/gM3yQnEn
