Thoughtfully choosing what to do is how you will benefit from #ArtificialIntelligence.

Thoughtfully choosing what to do is how you will benefit from #ArtificialIntelligence.

LLMs and AI have created the possibility that everybody now has access to above average skills in whatever they need, from copywriting to financial modeling to marketing campaigns to writing technical code. The hard part is no longer converting ideas into reality, as AI can help you do that.

The hard part will be choosing what to do with these capabilities. What will have the impact you intend?

Fortunately, we can learn from people who have developed this skill – we call them executives. Because they work through others, they choose between competing possibilities and then have their teams execute on those choices. By studying how executives think, we can learn how to effectively make tradeoffs and value-based decisions to maximize impact with the resources we have available (including AI).

To share what I learned from working with top Google executives as the Search Ads Chief of Staff and coaching executives to have greater impact over the last several years, I’m hosting a free 30-minute “Lightning Lesson” webinar with Maven next week on December 10th at 9am Pacific.

Sign up at https://lnkd.in/ggDNKZS9 and I will help you apply that executive mindset to plan your 2025, and prepare yourself for this future world where everybody will have to think like an executive, deploying #AI to get things done.
