I got fired from one job and burned myself out at the next because I was too stubborn to let go of that individual mindset.<\/p>\n<p>My career took off once I changed how I approached work to embrace the power of collaboration and influence without authority. I led business strategy and operations for a $100+B business for over six years as the Google Search Ads Chief of Staff before pivoting into executive coaching to help others similarly scale their impact. <\/p>\n<p>After coaching dozens of clients to break through their own mindset barriers to achieve greater success, I distilled the essential principles of this transition into my Maven course last year so that more people could be similarly unleashed.
