What will the role of humans be in a world of AI? <\/p>\n

This is a question on many people’s minds as AI is upending everything we know about our jobs, our work and how companies operate. It’s a particularly thorny question for leaders as they make plans for their teams and organizations despite the rapid pace of change. <\/p>\n

To address this topic, Maven curated a collection of classes on “Leadership in the AI era”, where they bring industry experts with proven experience to share how they are navigating these times. I am delighted to announce that I have been chosen as a featured speaker for the series. <\/p>\n

What separates humans from AI in my view is taste and judgment. AI is great at execution if it’s told what to do, but somebody has to decide what is worth doing. <\/p>\n

And this decision has always been a leadership responsibility – what will the organization prioritize with its limited resources? Where will the team focus?<\/p>\n
