After several years of coaching leaders to have more impact, I realized that I was repeating the same principles and stories to most of them, so that&#8217;s what I share in the book. <\/p>\n<p>While the principles are simple, they are not easy to implement. Most of us know to eat healthy natural food and exercise more, but don&#8217;t actually follow through.
