And our careers and lives will last decades for most of us. So what&#8217;s the rush? Take time to explore the path that&#8217;s right for you, rather than sprint down the path somebody else maps for you. I was far &#8220;behind&#8221; my peers ten years into my career, but the variety of experiences I collected soon translated into unique job opportunities (Chief of Staff, now coaching) that have been both rewarding and impactful. <\/p>\n<p>So find your own path, or run your own race as I put it in the podcast excerpt below.
