He asked them to imagine that they had been granted an opportunity to manage a $150 million dollar project, and could pick their team from their fellow interns. He asked them to write down the names of the 3 people they&#8217;d pick on their card.<\/p>\n<p>Then he asked them:<br \/>\n1) Do you think that most of you wrote down the same names? (mostly Yes)<br \/>\n2) Do you think you&#8217;re one of those names? (mostly No)<br \/>\n3) What makes those people different that everybody wants to work with them?<br \/>\n4) What can you do to be more like them? <\/p>\n<p>What&#8217;s your answer to question 3? And what would you do differently in response to question 4? <\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ll add my thoughts as a comment.
