There are 168 hours each week, which is more like 100 hours after taking into account the time necessary to maintain our minds and bodies. &#8221;<br \/>\n&#8220;&#8221;<br \/>\n&#8220;You can&#8217;t get more time in a week, so the only thing you can control is the unspoken part of that sentence &#8211; what you &#8220;have to do&#8221;. &#8221;<br \/>\n&#8220;&#8221;<br \/>\n&#8220;If you have 100 hours each week as your &#8220;time budget&#8221;, how will you allocate it? How much goes to work? To family or friends? To urgent short-term needs? To building the foundation for long-term success?
