When you see something that needs doing, motivate and influence others to make it happen.<\/p>\n<p>Why don&#8217;t most people do this? Because it also means taking greater risks and being more vulnerable. If people don&#8217;t follow your lead, that feels awful. If people reject your direction, you feel exposed and even fraudulent. <\/p>\n<p>But it will never feel safe to lead.
